Cap au Nord is a piano-vocal duo, a combination of 2 talents, 2 artistes. The singer : Marie Normand, a huge heart and an even bigger desire. A crazy opera singer with a street swing and a Northern cabaret heat. Her lyrics hit you where you expect it the least but where you like it the most.
The second member is the pianist : Jean-Pierre Caporossi. As soft as hard, percussive and always fiddling with stuff... His strange and brilliant musics and his smart and crafted arrangements bring together the pianos from both ends of the 20th century.
