The story starts in Mulhouse in 2006, among collectif des Nazes, when Farfelu and l’Abeille, sound magicians sharing their talents on the electro scene for several years meet Mr Jack, singer and eclectic novelist. This collaboration gives mix-tape "Freestyle" end of 2006, then "FantoThematik" in 2007.
Arrives the charismatic Dj Kozmi, already appearing on some projects and progressively joining the pack. Together they conceived "Récidive" in 2008.
The alliance of spectres is enlarged in 2009 with the joining of Dr Gosh on vocals. Ectoplasme explores the field of current music through electro and hip-hop influences. After multiple appearances on stage in the region (Noumatrouff in Mulhouse, Grillen in Colmar, Molodoï in Strasbourg…etc.), the band is currently at work on their poetry-coloured second opus « Désordre Spectral ». It contributes to renew sometime too repetitive genre with the freshness of their new vision.
