The Trio EinZweiDreiVier! saw the light of day in the Grenoble music scene in early 2009. Yan (percussion, synth, voice), Greg (synth, Voice), and Denis (Bass, Guitars, voice), are the three founding members of Schwere Artillerie and Monaco Monaco, having accumulated several rock/punk releases since the turn of the millennium.
The first new releases from the trio combined the energy of Schwere Artillerie and the musicality of Monaco Monaco, offering a sort of new wave electro-punk mutation. The Synthesizer evokes somber resonance, reminiscent of the 80's, pared with a good dose of electroclash experimentation resulting in a rhythmic alliance (bass, percussion), sharp, aggressive and loaded with distortion.
Essentially, the three balance a rage of energy bursting in melodies of cement, of efficiently formidable arrangements, we offer a mix of post punk pop wave and modern electro. Without a doubt Crowd moving, all the while containing a dimension of sadness and melancholy necessary in giving a real depth to the piece.
