Hannah

Soaked with cinema - that of Terrence Malick, James Gray or Jean-Pierre Léaud - the music of HANNAH sees crumpling up the images, the stories, the characters and believes in the proverb according to which the infinitely inmost borders on the universal.

Sometimes moved closer to Grizzly bear Bear or MGMT, the duet is not without calling back - by the done wonders for the self-confidence songwriting, the misleading patronymic or the weather report - the Californians of Girls, with whom they shared the stage at Midi Festival the last autumn. Close to M83 (for whom Laurent held the rhythmic in 2009), they played with at Gaîté Lyrique in November, 2011, before a passage in Transmusicales of Rennes.

Nervous and calmed, opened and held, at the same time operatic works and of chamber, the music of Hannah seems balance on a line of division, in mirror, such this palindrome there which is of use to him as name and which it wears finally marvelously.
