Created in 1979 by one of the re-founders of popular langue d'Oc music, Daniel Loddo, ethnologist and former accomplice of Claude Sicre before the Fabulous Trobadors, La Talvera claims its attachment to a langue d'Oc culture both strong and representative, imaginative and creative, always aware of the other cultures of the world and of social issues. Released on Crash in 2000, his 4th album "Pampaligòssa" offers a poetic musical journey combining traditional repertoire and original creations, wrapped in the finely crafted mixing and the arrangements of Massilia Sound System.
