Simon Tailleu is a member of the young generation of Marseille jazz musicians. This
young virtuoso graduated the IMFP and won a gold medal from the Marseille CNR. His
sense of "bounce", characteristic of jazz beat, and the precision of his tempo, make him
a popular companion in many contexts, from bebop to modern jazz (In & Out le Big,
Sylvia Versini octet, Michel Barrot 4tet) and not forgetting electro-jazz (Namasté!).
Admitted to the Paris CNSM Jazz Class in 2006, he is a member of the Newtopia
Project - winner of the La Defense Jazz Competition in 2005 - and of the In & Out
