Vero Sego reappears in the limelight from time to time reminding us of her beautiful catchy melodies.
She brought out a first successful grunge album in 97/98 in France which led to a hit single “J’avais une vie” (Musidisc).
She was awarded the gibson prize in 1997 . Then followed the album “I’m not a bad girl” in 2000 on the Double T/Sony label including the hit single “Tu es mon ange”, followed by a grand tour backing Indochine.
For 5 years Vero Sego has been running the highly popular School of Rock in Blagnac and giving concerts all over France.
She is bringing out an album “And the pursuit of happiness”, in 2009,
an inspired & light pop-folk sung in English, destined to foster exchanges.
A disconcerting record, it bridges the gap between her native South of France & the open spaces of North America.
On stage, VERO SEGO is currently playing in trio with Nico and Ayumu .
