Political frontiers have continually been moving throughout History, dividing peoples, cultures & families. Still, there has always been people ready to cross them illegally : smugglers. The musicians of Xarnege are of this kind: voluntary citizens from a "sharnégo" region between Gascoigne and Pays Basque.
