Fédération des Labels Indépendants et Producteurs Phonographiques de l’EST (FLIPPE) : federation of independent labels and music producers from the East of France.
The purpose of this gathering id the promotion, structuring, development and networking of the record sector in the East of France. It strives fro the defence of cultural diversity, by supporting distribution, promotion, information and alternative training services linked to the whole of the actors, all musical aesthetics taken together. It has an associative form and stands at the basis of labels from the Lorraine region (DBDC, Ici d’ailleurs, Patch Work Production, Propergol).
