La Candela has been an organization of a group of volunteers that support the singer Zine and the musician Benoît Seyrat ais LAQM ( Les Arbres Qui Marchent ). Then La Candela
offered its support to a certain number of other artists who have gathered into a new partnership called « Coopérative Chanson » inside the organization.
In 2011 La Candela was patronized by the region PACA ( Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur )
for the creation of Zine's CD « Folie Douce ». This CD brought together over15 musicians from the French Riviera and Zine mixed French with some occitan words and some Arabic words too.
La Candela has finally turned out to be a unifying label for musicians.
