NEK-ROS, based in Upper-Normandy (France), defends "Underground" and "Alternatives" cultures, that is to say cultural and artistic productions on the fringe of mainstreams, and broadcast by independent means.
NEK-ROS was born from the initiative of characters who aim to help each artist and cultural development in particular through the principle of "DTF" (Direct to Fan). This approach is a will to respond to identified needs. Our action is complementary to institutions, local authorities and the professionals with whom we work in partnership. First of all, the association is a combination of strengths and skills.
We do not defend a simple cultural consumption, but we stand above all citizenship values based on the exchange, the group, the confrontation of ideas and sharing. They tend to allow individual and collective fulfilment in a friendly atmosphere. Participation is voluntary, based on the desire to discover and share together inside a strong project, comprehensible and federative in order to benefit a cultural policy for the most part.
