Initially launched in 2002, Volvox Music started as a consulting company whose goals were to introduce indie artists into the world of music synchronization (advertising & cinema) in order to develop new channels of promotion and incomes. Volvox Music then became a publishing company in 2004 and, in a music business economic context that was decreasing dramatically and because we could not admit talent to be wasted, Volvox Music evolved to a record label in 2007. Of course, our initial motivation for synchronization is still at the heart of our business one of our major assets for our global activity.
We are a “small” team but 200% passionate and devoted to music and artists. We might sound naive but we definitely think that talent must remain a key factor of success and even if we can not compete financially with major companies or big indie labels; we efficiently compensate with our energy, commitment and love for music and artists.
