The band Poutrelles Fever, from Bugey in France, was born from the meeting of two other bands (Pipe Arrustut and Copain Calins), which have performed across Europe (France, Belgium, Spain) for the last 8 years. Having been officially formed for just one month, the band gave its first concert in June 2008 in Barcelona, in front of 2000 people. The 6 players : Julien TISSIER (vocals, accordion), Clément VINCENT (guitar), Alexandre VINCENT (drums), replaced in February 2011 by Jérôme DESMARIS, Xavier BOUTIN (saxophone), Selim VOIS (trombone), Jérémy GARCIA (bass guitar), and their technicians, Pierre-Marie PRESTAL (sound) and Julien GREMEL (lights) have built, step by step, a great musical story that will really raise in March 2009, with their first (home made) recording of 7 songs. Quickly attracting the attention, that first recording will soon allow them to engage in a big tour of more than 80 dates, in France and all over the world. The Poutrelles are supported by the French association Skapuches Péruviennes, which have been in charge of developing the band until June 2009. From then, the band has joined Jaspir prod, now in charge of management, production and booking for the band (Miguel CIPRES, from Barcelona, is in charge of booking for Spain.) Year 2010 wasn't less busy for the band, that have, among other exciting projects, performed in a new tour for 70 dates in France, Switzerland, Spain, England, and [Reunion Island].The Poutrelles were spoted when they passed on TVE Madrid (Los conciertos, Radio 3) and from then, they were invited to perform on famous Spanish festivals. Poutrelles Fever are currently setting up their first album of 12 songs, “ On est où là !? ” (« were the hell are we? »), recorded and [mixed] in Studio Le Pressoir in France, by François Vachon (Mano Solo, Têtes raides, Les négresses vertes). Two years after it was created, the band has already sold 2000 Eps, and performed in more than 150 concerts around the world. They're coming back on April, the 25th 2011 to celebrate the [out-coming] of their album. Freed brakes, heading for a shoot rock'n' swing gypsy popular. This first album " On est où là !? " Announces as one of the albums to be followed in the landscape of the current musics of this beginning of century.
